The staff was amazing! I received a welcome note with snacks in my room. The toiletries selection was good and the eco bag was a nice touch. I liked the use of bottles for drinking water.
The location is not right in the center so you need transport to go everywhere.

Breakfast is delicious and available until 7 PM! I could have breakfast in the pool for a charge. The restaurant staff had culinary expertise and gave really good service.

The gym is a good size. The two infinity pools were some of the best I have ever seen! I had direct access to the pool from my room, an very nice experience.

The location is REALLY close to everything. It is easy to walk to restaurants. Spas are very close. i found the resort to be a quiet oasis.
The air conditioning can be a little stronger. It worked but i prefer it colder.

The hotel has a restaurant that serves tasty food. The all day breakfast is a great option, with more than just breakfast items available. The pool area is relaxing and includes a great pool bar. Happy hour offerings were also present.
My first room was on the ground level and it was very dark. It literally had no sunshine. It was also a little smelly. I did switch rooms to a higher floor, much better.
